Delivery:

Where possible, we ship items with tracked parcel services. Due to their fragile nature, large and framed artwork is delivered by private courier.

Returns:

We accept returns on items purchased under Objects & Accessories if you notify us within 14 days of receipt. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us. You will be refunded within 14 days once the item has returned to Gray & Wells Designs. The cost of a standard return will be refunded. Please note that the customer is responsible for damage to the item incurred during the returns process.
